Without Account: Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for lost progress due to clearing browser/app data, device changes, or uninstalling the app.

With Account: If signed in, your progress syncs to our servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against all data loss scenarios.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Color Merge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
